Privacy policy
MultibaggerX (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the choices you have, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Free starter kit: your first name and email address, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to share it.
- Contact form: your name, email and/or phone number, and your message.
- Workshop booking: your name, email and WhatsApp number, so we can send your payment link, joining details and reminders.
- How you found us: with each form we record the page you submitted it from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you arrived by (for example utm_source), the referring website and the first page you visited. This tells us which posts and campaigns are useful. It is stored in your browser only until you submit a form.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we never ask for your demat, trading or bank login details.
Why we use it
- To give you the free resource you requested and, if you agreed, send occasional educational emails about long-term investing.
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To manage your workshop booking: send the payment link, joining details and reminders.
- To understand, in aggregate, which content and campaigns bring people to the site.
We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on a form. We do not sell or rent your data.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet (Google Workspace / Google Drive) that only the MultibaggerX team can access. The website is hosted on Vercel.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as they are needed for the purpose you gave them for, and delete enquiry and lead records that are no longer needed, generally within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Payments
Workshop payments are handled by a secure third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; the gateway's own privacy policy explains how it processes them.
Your rights and choices
You can withdraw your consent, ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by writing to hello@multibaggerx.in. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out. We respond to requests within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law.
